Payment Methods We accept
Visa and MasterCard credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit
card to make purchases.
Tax Residents of
Arizona will be charged 6.3% tax. Residents of Scottsdale will be
charged 7.7% tax. This cost will be added to the cost of the artwork.
Shipping Policy The cost of
shipping will be added to the cost of the artwork.We will
typically ship your order within 2 to 3 business days, within the
continental United States, after we receive your order. For
orders outside the continental United States, e-mail us with your address.
We will look into shipping options and get back to you with the price.
We are located in Arizona, therefore average ground delivery is 5-6 business
days. Shipping charges are based on actual rates to your zip code.
Return Policy All orders are
handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package
is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened
citing damage. This will ensure immediate refund. If upon opening your
package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original
packaging and notify us immediately via email. Artistic Expressions accepts
returns and will issue full refunds for goods damaged in shipment or returned
in the original packaging in sale-able condition. All other situations will
be handled case by case.
Guarantee Your satisfaction
means everything to us. If for any reason you are not delighted with your
purchase, you may return your artwork within 7 days and we will refund the
full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. You will pay for
return shipping and all goods must be returned in perfect condition via UPS,
in its original packaging to our gallery in Arizona.
